Description | This combined bus and coach stop flag sign was introduced in the 1950s. It was mainly used on the more suburban and rural routes, which had both bus and Green Line coach services.This style of sign was designed by Hans Schleger in 1935, and uses a simplified version of the roundel. It remained in production until the introduction of 'self- cleaning' flags during the 1950s. |
