What kind of gift vouchers can I buy?
We offer a range of fixed amount gift vouchers from £10 to £100, or you can choose a custom amount up to £1,000.
How do I use my gift voucher?
If you’ve purchased a gift voucher for someone else, forward or print the gift voucher from your email confirmation. The gift voucher code can be found towards the top of the order confirmation.
To use the gift voucher to purchase a Hidden London tour, just select “Gift Voucher” as a payment option at checkout on our bookings website (bookings.ltmuseum.co.uk) and enter your gift voucher number. The balance of the booking will be deducted from your total.
Can I use a gift voucher valid from your old system?
Yes! You can use your old 10- or 12- digit gift voucher on our new bookings system. Please get in touch with our Bookings team if you’d like to find out the status of your voucher.
