Description | The Underground group published this poster in 1924. Horace Taylor's colourful design shows a party of sophisticated diners being entertained by dancers at a City function. Taylor produced another poster that year entitled 'Brightest London is Best Reached by Underground'. For this he used the same bold style to depict passengers descending into the Underground by escalator. |
