Friendship Speed Dating

Get to know your fellow Londoners with friendship speed dating. After an icebreaker activity you’ll do some speed drawing with your partners while asking questions from the question bank. Everyone’s welcome: no artistic skill necessary!

Think like an engineer: test your algorithmic problem solving with Towers of Hanoi, use snap circuits to explore how London Underground stations are powered, and test your balancing skills with bridge building challenges – and find out how these playful experiments might link to a future career in engineering.

12) When rain’s in the forecast and you don’t want to get wet, grabbing me before you leave the house is a safe bet. Can you guess what is the most common item found in the lost property office?

13) It’s not one that goes by rail. It’s one that has a meter. To get one you might have to hail. What am I?
