Description | This design was produced for post-war R.T.-type buses and became known as the standard R.T. moquette. The pattern consists of horizontal stripes of varying thickness in black, green and brown, mixed with red vertical stripes. As the R.T. fleet became the largest standardised bus type in the world, the moquette was produced in large quantities. It was also specified for other buses such as the R.F. and G.S.-type. The design was used for retrimming seats in the R.T.-type buses up until the early 1980s. Later it was also used on S.T.L.-type and Q-type buses. |
