Description | This moquette was the design proposal for the Crossrail class 341 trains. It is an abstract design of bright blue and pink short curving lines on a black background. Some of the lines are a solid block whilst others are striped with the background colour. It was designed by Jonathan Sothcott and is called Aero. The moquette was used in a mock-up section of the proposed interior of the train. Crossrail is the long-proposed rail link through central London. The proposals link Heathrow Airport and Maidenhead in the west through central London via Paddington and Liverpool Street to Shenfield and Ebbsfeet in the east. |
