Base metal medallion with small loop on the top. A bus illustration (possibly silhouette of a B-type) appears in the centre of the medal surrounded by "Antwerp, Ypres, Loos, Somme, Amiens, AOCA 1914". The number "409" is displayed on the medal's reverse.
