Description | From Ivan Bennett's email, The colour palette was derived from the original 1935 Hans Schleger design for LRT Bus stops. Although we reviewed them to ensure their was still appropriate providing suitable visual contrast, legibility and brand consistency with other associated printed publicity (timetables, mapping and on-board diagrams and information publicity). However, a pale blue was introduced to replace the warm yellow or white on dark blue for Night Bus services, whilst a light grey was used more extensively to provide a hierarchy of information and visual contrast (particularly for linier/ row information formats such as timetables schedules and mapping indexes). |
