Description | The Underground group published this poster in 1932. It advertises the opening of a new escalator at Marble Arch Tube station in August. During the 1920s, Maurice Beck was head photographer for British Vogue and created a large number of photographic magazine covers. During the 1930s he designed a series of Underground posters using the same photomontage technique. |
