  Annotation	MILLBANK, FROM LAMBETH BRIDGE, CIRCA 1905. Showing the river frontage of Millbank as it appeared just prior to clearance by the London County Council. In the middle of the photograph is seen the original power station of the London Hydraulic Power Co. The clearance involved the provision of a neighbouring site for a new station. Photograph (Ref. No. 5207) supplied by the London County Council, February, 1923. Must not be reproduced without sanction of the Deputy Clerk.
