Uxbridge Underground station, Metropolitan & Piccadilly. Exterior view of the original the terminus of the Metropolitan Railway branch looking towards the buffer stops. The main station building, with wide canopy, stands on the left. The platform on the right has a long wooden waiting shelter; the Metropolitan Railway diamond-shaped station nameboard on the right stands opposite to a LT roundel on the left-hand platform. A track cross-over can be seen at the far end of the platform.
