Description	Shoreditch Underground station, the northern terminus of the East London line. Exterior view of the main platform showing a wooden canopy supported on metal columns, and a brick retaining wall. The covered stairway to the booking hall can be seen at the end of the platform; the booking hall itself straddles the tracks in the background. The platform on which the photographer is standing had been disused since 1928.
