Exterior of Oval Underground station, C&SLR, now Northern line, including the original dome housing the lift apparatus and another small dome above the entrance to the station. The station entrance is on the corner of the street with the words 'Electric Railway' above the arched entrance. There is an Underground map to the left and various Underground posters on the right between the windows. Several people are waiting near a tram stop on a traffic island to right, newspaper seller stands to left. There is a confectioner's shop on the left which incorporated into the station building.
