Construction of the Central London Railway (now Central line). Oxford Circus Station. View down platform tunnel, cast-iron tunnel rings line the walls. A wooden scaffolding platform stands floor to ceiling, mid/ground centre. Two workmen stand beneath it. Building debris covers floor in foreground. Under exposed shot, very little detail discernible.
