Description | Exterior of newly reopened Ealing Common Underground station, District and Piccadilly lines. The station is substantially complete, although workmen are adding the final touches to the top of the entrance canopy, and builder's materials are stacked on both sides of the entrance to the booking hall. A large poster declares that the station is NOW OPEN, and two roundel signs to the same effect can be seen on the fencing on either side. A man and woman are waiting outside the station; a second woman is standing by the kerb on the left. |
