Exterior of Gloucester Road station, Metropolitan and District Railways Featuring the stations, entrances and shop premises within the main building. A two storey building with upper parapet level and arched windows (this part of the building has a "To Let" sign on show). Early type/ design station name and line information is displayed on the upper level of the station. Bronze framed poster panels with over head swan necked light fittings, flank either side of the entrance to the far right. An UndergrounD roundel and flag- pole is attached to the facade. There is a bus stop and queue of people directly outside of the station, and cars in the foreground of the shot.
