The seven tracks from left to right are: down Marylebone (BR - also used by some northbound non-stop Metropolitan line trains); up Marylebone; northbound fast (to North Harrow); northbound slow (to West Harrow); reversing siding; southbound slow; southbound fast. In the distance, a double deck bus is turning right, having just crossed the railway by the road overbridge.
