Description
Three-quarter view of sleet tender no ST/1, together with the standard-tube stock 'D' motor car to which it is attached. A member of staff is pouring de-icer into the tender from a drum. The wire-brushes and ice-crusher on the side of the tender have been lowered to make contact with the rail.
