Description
Group portrait of the supervisory staff of the Baker Street & Waterloo Railway (BS&WR), inclding John Pattinson Thomas (front row, fourth from left in light waistcoat). The group is flanked by two police officers. Thomas was an electrical engineer who rose to become general manager of London Transport Railways.
