Biography
Attribute Value Biography Susan Einzig studied at the Breuer School of Design in Berlin. She then studied at the Central School of Arts and Crafts from 1939 to 1942, joining the staff there in 1946 until 1950. She also lectured at Chelsea School of Art, St Martin's 1948 to 1951 and Beckenham. Einzig was a close friend of the artist John Minton. She was a member of the Society of Industrial Artists and designed advertisements and posters. In addition to her work for London Transport she worked for the Empire Tea Board.
