  Biography	Charles Ernest Wallcousins was a painter, designer and illustrator. He worked for Carlton Illustrators in London illustrating many books including Myths of Babylonia and Assyria by Donald A MacKenzie. Wallcousins illustrated many books. He has exhibited at the Royal Academy and elsewhere. In 1920 he designed press advertisements for Welwyn Garden City. From 1935 to 1963 he illustrated official programmes for Royal occassions.
