Model; Westminster Millennium Pier, by Pipers, circa 2000

This model of Westminster Millennium Pier was produced when the new pier was designed to replace the old version as part of the celebrations in 2000. The model shows the pier in relation to the surrounding buildings, including Portcullis House and the Palace of Westminster clock tower. It was in 2000 that Transport for London (T.f.L.) took over the management of river services from the Port of London Authority.
