Description | The document is printed on both sides in multiple colours, on paper that is folded into 4 sections. The cover artwork is an abstract composition of pink triangles and black "V"s. The diagrammatic map occupies three sections. An index of stations occupies two sections on the reverse side. The principal change to the map since the previous January 2018 edition is the addition of the TfL Rail line from Paddington to Heathrow. This is the former Heathrow Connect service which was taken over by TfL on Sunday 20th May 2018. (The TfL service continues to be operated by the existing class 360 train units.) The Picadilly line loop via Heathrow Terminal 4 has been redrawn to incorporate both the TfL Rail stations: Terminals 2&3 and Terminal 4. A footnote explains that TfL Rail customers should change at the Terminals 2&3 station for free rail transfer to Terminal 5. |
