Description	Wooden cased meter fitted with approximately 2400mm long leads connected to terminals + and - terminals at end of case. At the ends of the leads are fitted heavy duty 'crocodile' clips shrouded by a rubber sleeve. This meter was a simple device for checking whether there was a potential on HT cables or conductor rail. The meter is not in working order.
