Museum galleries

London Transport Museum occupies the original Victorian flower market and the Museum Galleries span two floors. Perfectly combining heritage with modernity, the Galleries provide a truly unique location for memorable events against a background of London icons.

The versatile space transports guests through the ages and offers the opportunity to explore world recognisable red Routemaster, early tube carriages and original Metropolitan trains.

Much of the collection housed at London Transport Museum is interactive including our Future Engineers gallery where the budding tube drivers of tomorrow can jump on a driving simulators.

Beneath a stunning glass ceiling, the Galleries can be transformed for a host of events including private dining, cocktail receptions and product launches. Working with a select list of preferred suppliers, the Museum is able to deliver slick events in a central location.

Personalise a stamper trail

A stamper trail is a map leading your guests to discover and enjoy the Museum exhibitions across Level 0 and Level 1, while collecting stamps at various points all themed in rich London transport history.

The trail encourages guests to explore our exhibitions, immersing them in rich London transport history from the 1860s to contemporary times. As they explore, guests will discover the only surviving steam engine from The Metropolitan Railway, a “Padded Cell” from the City and South London Railway, and the iconic Routemaster, as well as many examples of inspiring artwork.

This is the perfect opportunity to make your branding part of the fun with a personalised Museum stamper trail featuring your company logo, event name and message! You can also use the trail to collect contact details of your guests.
