Description | This Overground moquette standard and priority is designed by London based design company Wallace Sewell (Harriet Wallace- jones and Emma Sewell) in 2008. The design was recoloured for the new Overground 710 trains by Fernando Solis, Product and Industrial Designer for Transport for London in 2016. Fernando travelled on the Overground for inspiration. The green was incorporated because the Overground runs through the leafy suburbs, he included the yellow dots as he kept on seeing marigolds on his journey and the orange is included to represent the colour of the Overground line. |
