    Safety of Passengers and Shelterers

    1. The use of curtains and trappings around the outside of bunks is strictly forbidden owing to the risk of fire.
    2. Bottles and tins must be taken away by those shelterers who bring them and must not be placed in the garbage baskets or bins.
    3. Newspapers and meal papers should be taken away and on no account thrown upon the tracks, as fires have been caused by cigarette ends igniting the paper.
