Description | Austin Cooper began his career as a commercial artist in Montreal. In 1922 he moved to London, where he received the first of 54 poster commissions from the Underground group. He designed this poster for London General Omnibus Company in 1928. It was issued in the summer to promote leisure travel by bus. |
