Description | The photograph shows a pylon at East Putney Underground station in circa 1989. As part of the Post Modern style remodelling of the forecourt of East Putney Underground station which was undertaken around 1982, 8 tall luminaire columns were installed. The columns were removed between 1 April 1994 (when British Rail transferred the station to London Regional Transport) and April 1995. |
