Letter; from S.A. Webb, Claims Officer to Harold Hutchison, 13 Nov 1956

Typed letter from claims officer to publicity officer discussing consultations with the Chief Solicitor. He states that although it is unlikely they will suffer a financial loss, there is still concern that the case may go to trial. Included is a paragraph from the Chief Solicitor stating that it is his recommendation that all the documents related to the case be gather, including original instructions, correspondence with the artist and prints, accounts , receipts and any other departmental papers and to send these to him.
