Join us on Wednesday 18 October 2017 at the Victoria and Albert Museum for our annual sell-out Covent Garden dinner & auction. Companies are invited to purchase tables of ten. Hosting a table is an excellent opportunity to entertain clients and network with 400 business leaders from across the transport industry.
This year's event will be hosted by Mike Brown MVO, Commissioner of Transport for London, with guest speaker the Mayor of London. The evening starts at 18:45 with a champagne reception; carriages are at 23:30.
The 2017 Covent Garden dinner & auction will support the heritage preservation and education work of the Museum. Our focus this year is Enjoyment to Employment, a programme which aims to turn children’s enthusiasm for transport into a career in industry. The Museum is building an industry coalition that works together through Enjoyment to Employment to inspire children and young people and deliver a long-term solution to the engineering skills gap in London.
Priority booking will open for Corporate Members & Sponsors on Monday 15 May. Tables will go on general sale Monday 22 May. Tables cost £6,995 + VAT for Sponsors and Corporate Members of the Museum (£7,995 + VAT full price) and seat up to 10 guests.
Tables sold out quickly last year, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Donate an auction prize
Donate a prize for our live and silent auctions to enjoy additional brand acknowledgement to an audience of over 400 business leaders within the wider transport industry. The Museum is seeking donations of exclusive ‘money-can’t buy’ items, which could include a mix of unique and special experiences or objects.
