Young volunteer projects

We have been delivering Young Volunteer projects for 7 years as part of our Young People’s Skills Programme (YPSP).

YPSP uses the collection at London Transport Museum, linking it to Transport for London, to provide access to a range of inspiring and fun activities that meet the needs of young Londoners.

We offer various opportunities for diverse groups of young people to develop and deliver a meaningful project with the Museum.

For updates about our Young Volunteer projects you can follow the @ltmuseumyouth twitter.

Young Freelancers work alongside us and the wider sector, cultivating new transferable skills and sector knowledge, which in turn helps them to become enthusiastic, informed freelance professionals.

Our Route into Work courses are free courses to guide young candidates through apprenticeship application processes. Our courses are designed in partnership with employers to help young Londoners into apprenticeships in the transport industry.
