---|---|
Description | This car was one of a batch of 26 N-class trailers delivered to the District line in 1936. It was originally numbered 8063. The hand-operated passenger doors meant that it could run with earlier generations of District Railway stock. Until February 1940 the car accommodated both first and third class passengers. Following conversion to air-door operation in 1950, the car was reclassified Q35 and renumbered 08063. It was acquired by the Museum in 1997. |
