Martyn Loukes was born in Windsor, Berkshire on 5 January 1966. Left school at 16 with 5 O levels. Mentions that he went onto further education and completed an accountancy qualification. Current occupation is Business Development Manager for Customer Experience in Marketing and Communications at Transport for London (TfL). ML has been in this position for 8 years.
