'Ride with Pride' was a campaign run by OUTbound, the TfL staff network group for LGBT+ employees. The campaign grew from the years 2014-2017 and included a presence at London Pride events, and vehicle treatments like bus wraps. This badge represents the bus wraps, and was produced unofficially. Examples of these badges were worn by members of staff after the'Ride with Pride' campaign finished.
