Hillingdon Underground station, Metropolitan line. Exterior view of the station which was built in 1923, prior to the northern expansion of suburban housing. Stairs to right of hut lead down to platform level. The station is set back slightly from the road leaving paved area in front. Kiosk type shops flank either side of station, there is a telephone box in front of the booking office.
