    Glyn Boyd Harte was born in Rochdale. A watercolourist, draughtsman, lithographer and teacher he is married to Caroline Bullock. He studied at the Royal College of Art from 1970-1973 and taught at Cambridge School of Art. He became a brother of the Art Worker's Guild. He has illustratyed the literary pages of The Times and founded the Dolphin Studio for fabric and wallpapers. He has published a book of lithos. Harte has exhibited at the Francis Kyle gallery and his work is in the Victoria and Albert Museum.
    Recently at the Museum of London, he exhibited a series of all the architectural commissions to mark the Millennium, drawn as they were being built. He also recorded in watercolour the construction of the new Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.
