London at Dawn - rooftop views of River Thames, St Pauls, the City, with narration: verse from Wordsworth, Big Ben (chimes 5am). Westminster Bridge, Parliament Square, Bank /Royal Exchange, all deserted. Leicester Square Underground station, lights on & gates open. First busman arrives at Hendon garage on bike, followed by others on foot. Train drivers walk along track towards Upminster Depot. Signal box operator switches on.
