There's more than ever before for you and your family at London Transport Museum. Your only problem will be trying to fit it all in!
Experience journeys from a bygone era as you discover our range of historical vehicles. If that's not enough, you can take control, driving our specially modified bus or having a go on a Tube simulator.
As you journey around the Museum, don't be surprised if you bump into a Victorian Londoner, a tunnel miner or a wartime shelter warden - you haven't travelled back in time, it's one of our actors, bringing our objects and vehicles to life.
For hands-on fun, we've got two galleries specifically designed for children:
- In 'All aboard' children under the age of six can take a turn driving a bus, Tube or boat, and they can also take control of the whole city in our mini-transport world
- Older children, aged eleven and under, should go along to 'Interchange' where a range of hands-on exhibits will give them the chance to build their own vehicle, discover our mystery objects and of course drive our famous Hoppa bus.
