TfL Inspire

Let your students be 'Inspired' to consider a career in Engineering and Transport Planning.

Note: All sessions are free of charge but must be booked in advance.

KS3: Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics (STEM)

Inspire Engineering has been designed to generate awareness of careers in Engineering and Planning amongst Key Stage 3 pupils. Delivered by London Transport Museum at the Museum Depot in Acton, Inspire includes an exciting hands-on session ‘Braking Eggsperiment', the opportunity to meet practicing planners and engineers from Transport for London in ‘Engineering Aces’ and a tour of the wonders within the Museum's collection stored at Acton.

Inspire is designed to encourage more pupils to consider these professions as possible career paths in the future by choosing relevant GCSE subjects.

Note that this session is delivered at London Transport Museum Depot in Acton Town.

Available: June: 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and November: 12, 13, 14, 15, 16
Session length: 10.00 - 14.30

Group size: 60 pupils maximum
