Volunteering
Get involved in a wide range of activities at London Transport Museum. There are many rewarding ways in which individuals can volunteer their experience, enthusiasm and time and make a vital contribution to the Museum's work in preserving, documenting and interpreting our collections.
Working alongside museum professionals, volunteer duties may involve meeting visitors, providing guided tours, handling and cataloguing the reserve collections, helping in the library or stewarding vehicles at our popular Depot Open Weekends.
London Transport Museum is currently undergoing a review of its volunteer programme and future projects. On completion, recruitment campaigns will be advertised on this webpage, so please watch this space. A downloadable application form will be available shortly. Thank you for the interest you have shown in our Museum, we look forward to welcoming you.
