Covent Garden dinner and auction
Skip to navigationLondon Transport Museum will be holding its third annual Covent Garden Dinner and auctionon 4 September 2008 at the Royal Opera House. The dinner is followed by an ebay auction which features a number of exclusive and one off items and experiences.
Last years event was a great success, bringing together companies from across the transport industry in support of the £22 million redevelopment of the Museum. Auction lots on the evening included a pair of VIP tickets to the British Grand Prix (donated by Toyota), a champagne hot air balloon ride over London (donated by Cubic Transportation Systems Ltd) and a box at Twickenham for a top rugby match (donated by Amey). The evening raised an amazing total of £170,000.
