A sparkle-tini upon arrival in the World cities gallery sets the mood. Then move through to the heart of the Museum where you are surrounded by our collection. The impressive grade II listed building creates an ornate backdrop for spectacular displays of colour and light, and fun interactive exhibits. Mingle alongside one of London's favourite talking points, the red London bus.
We cater for a range of evening events from networking receptions to cocktail parties and seated dinners.

Venue hire includes:
- Central Covent Garden location, only three minutes to the Tube
- Exhibits provide great talking points for your guests. Play on the simulators and vintage vehicles and explore the past, present and future of London's transport
- Display your own branding and imagery on the huge central Connections screen
- Professional and friendly venue team for the duration of the event includes: duty manager, assistant duty manager, security, six customer service staff and a technical person on hand all evening
- Jazz music or an alternative of your choice can be played throughout the Galleries
- The venue is festively decorated
- Complimentary microphones, lectern, spotlight on the speaker and event lighting
- Staffed cloakroom all evening
- We are a fully accessible venue
Venue Hire (6.30pm - 9.30PM): £4500+VAT. Ask about our special rates for long evenings
Catering includes:
- Fabulous canapé, bowl food or sit down dinner menus
- Professional and attentive waiting staff
- Poseur tables dotted about the venue
- Prices start from £50 per head

Other ideas to make your evening extra special:
- Wow your guests with transport themed cocktails or mulled wine upon arrival
- Ambient live music for example a jazz trio, DJ & saxophonist or a carol singing gospel choir
- Additional lighting can create dramatic effects, for example up-lighting on the galleries columns, snowflakes or moving gobos of your logo projected onto the Piazza
- Themed actors can entertain or MC throughout your event for example, Victorian Christmas themed actors, based on 'A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens
- Gifts from the Museum shop for your goodie bags can provide the perfect memento of a magnificent evening
