The Freedom of Information Act 2000 enables members of the public to access unpublished information held by public bodies.
London Transport Museum is a subsidiary company of Transport for London, registered with the Charity Commission as charity number 1123122. The objectives of the charity are to advance the heritage of transport in London and educate the public about the history of transport in London through the provision, operation and maintenance of a transport museum for the public benefit. Also to educate the public about the role of transport in the life and work of London, past, present and future.
