The Cubic theatre is perfect for an evening seminar, presentation or a film screening. It seats 121pax, eleven rows of eleven which are conveniently tiered with specially designed moquette seating. It also has a foyer where you can carry out your registration, cloakroom service and have networking with drinks and canapés. All theatre AV such as a projector, large projection screen, speakers, lectern, stage area, microphones and Wifi is included. The only additional costs are the Cubic Foyer LCD screens at only £150 (great for branding) and of course catering. We also offer fantastic evening mood lighting from £400+VAT which can add that special wow factor.

Museum Galleries

The Museum galleries provide a spectacular backdrop for evening receptions and dinner parties, mixing old and new with dynamic displays of iconic posters, vintage vehicles and interactive displays that entertain all evening. Watch in awe as stunning projections of colour and light reveal the complexity of London's transport networks.
Use the giant central screen to project your own imagery and branding and wow guests upon arrival with themed cocktails such as the Routemaster, Metropolitan Mixture or the Anorak. Enjoy delicious and contemporary style dishes, complimented by discreet, personal service. Then bid your guests farewell with a stylish gift from the Museum shop – the perfect memento of a fabulous event.
The Galleries can hold up to 500 people for a drinks reception or 180 people for a seated dinner. Your guests will arrive via the impressive multimedia World Cities Gallery and will have access to the entire Museum.

New catering list announced at London Transport Museum
London Transport Museum has reviewed its event caterer list for the first time since reopening in 2007. Searcys, who have been incumbent since the reopening, are exclusively responsible for the Upper Deck café bar and day time conference spaces. The following caterers have been selected as accredited caterers for evening events at the museum:
