Cubic Theatre & Foyer

Hire Price: Half Day:£1,300, Full Day:£2,000, Per Extra Hour:£500 (all prices are exclusive of VAT)

The Cubic theatre is perfect for a seminar, presentation or a film screening. It seats 121pax, eleven rows of eleven which are conveniently tiered with specially designed moquette seating. It also has a breakout foyer where you can carry out your registration, cloakroom service and have refreshment breaks, buffet lunches or networking with drinks and canapés etc. All theatre AV such as a projector, large projection screen, speakers, lectern, stage area, microphones and Wifi is included. The only additional costs are the Cubic Foyer LCD screens at only £150 (great for branding) and of course catering. All delegates receive complimentary access to the galleries during the day of their event.

Day Delegate Rates

Day delegate rates (DDRs) and half day delegate rates are also available for the Cubic theatre and Foyer, working in conjunction with our catering partners Searcys, packages start from as low as £27+vat for a half day and £49+vat per person for a full day. DDR’s includes all Audio Visual Equipment, extra large projection screen, high lumen projector, laptop, DVD player, microphones, foyer screens for branding, Wi-Fi internet access, cloakroom facilities, arrival drinks, refreshment breaks and a selection of buffet menus to choose from. It also includes the added benefit of complimentary Museum access, on the day of your event, for all delegates. Please download our DDR brochure for full information and menu options.

Boardroom

Meeting Capacity: 20
Hire Price: Half Day:£400, Full Day:£750, Per Extra Hour:£100 (all prices are exclusive of VAT)

The Boardroom, which opened in Spring 2009, is great for daytime meetings, team away days and presentations and offers state of the art technology including Wifi. Bring your lap top and plug directly into our projector, or just a USB can be run though the in-house system. Seating a maximum of 20 guests the wall panel offers a range of lighting states to accommodate any presentation needs. From bright natural sunlight to easy block out screens, every state you can imagine is only a button click away. At the end of a successful event inspire delegates with a free visit to the Museum galleries.
